A first-time visitor looks for two reasons to trust you before buying. Your info pages are where they find them.
Pages no store should skip
- About: who you actually are and why you sell this product. Two honest sentences beat a generic paragraph.
- Shipping policy: timing, cost and excluded regions, stated plainly.
- Return policy: window, conditions, and who pays return shipping.
- FAQ: the questions that actually reach you on WhatsApp.
- Contact: a channel that works and gets answered.
Custom URLs
Keep each page's URL short and descriptive: /shipping-policy beats a numbered link. Clear URLs are easier to share and better in search results.
A common mistake
Copying another store's policies verbatim. Text that does not match how you actually operate will put you in a dispute with a customer eventually, and the return policy is the first thing cited when one arises.
Link them where the customer looks
Do not leave them in the footer alone. Put the return policy link inside the product page itself, near the buy button, where the decision is made.
